After placing an order online, the customer should receive an order confirmation e-mail and a further e-mail with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

According to our policy here at GeneralMobileShop.com, all mobile phone purchase through our company, both the shipping and billing address need to be on file with the credit card being used. If it is not, a sales associate from our company will contact you explaining the situation. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-48 hours.

All returns and exchanges on cell phones must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. All returns and exchanges on cell phones must be in there original box. Do not put any sticker or tape on the box. All cell phone accessories such as memory cards and pouches are final sale.

Our Shipping’s days are ship next day Monday-Friday. All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays every effort will be made to contact you by phone email or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder substitute to another item or cancel your order.

If you choose to return a phone for a refund, we will offer refund for the price of the product 20% restocking fee, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to GeneralMobileShop.com on returned items, and GeneralMobileShop.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. No Returns without our authorization. RMA # must be listed on the package returned. Please e-mail our Returns Department at returns@generalmobileshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
